This online course covers a basic introduction of project management concepts and methodology along with detailed discussions on how and why to complete a project charter. In addition, it covers the essentials to planning a project using PMBOK concepts and methodology along with detailed discussions on how and why to complete a project plan. The content is tailored to new project managers, team and technical leads, team members and those with little or no formal PM training.
These sessions allows participants to apply their new project charter skills immediately. In the live sessions, participants will engage in polling questions and work in breakout groups. The emphasis throughout the session is on making project management easy to understand and apply in the healthcare sector.
