Purpose or rationale for this subject covers the essentials to planning a project using PMBOK concepts and methodology along with detailed discussions on how and why to complete a project plan. The content is tailored to new project managers, team and technical leads, team members and those with little or no formal PM training. 

In the live sessions, participants will engage in polling questions and work in breakout groups where they will apply new project charter skills immediately. The emphasis throughout in any session is on making project management easy to understand and apply in healthcare.
