Purpose or rationale for this subject covers the basic introduction of project management concepts and methodology along with detailed discussions on why to complete a project charter. The content is tailored to new project managers, team and technical leads, team members and those with little or no formal PM training. 

This short session allows participants to apply their understanding immediately. The emphasis throughout the session is on making project management easy to understand and apply in healthcare.
