This course covers the essentials to planning a project using PMBOK concepts and methodology along with detailed discussions on how and why to complete a project plan. The content is tailored to new project managers, team and technical leads, team members and those with little or no formal PM training working in Healthcare. 

The modules allows participants to apply their new project planning skills immediately. The emphasis throughout the session is on making project management easy to understand and apply in Healthcare.
